Please include your order reference, a short description of the problem, and any error message. Do not send your card number, security code, passwords or unnecessary child photos. We may ask you to verify ownership before discussing or changing an order.
Before starting a second purchase
If you already paid, reopen your order page in the same browser used for checkout. If generation failed, use Try again. If you still cannot download the file, contact us with the order reference; you do not need to buy it again just to report a delivery problem.
