Your personalized digital product

ScamperCub supplies a personalized printable PDF escape room for children ages 8–10. It is a digital file, not a physical kit; printing, paper, envelopes and adult setup are your responsibility. An adult must place the order and supervise play, choosing safe and age-appropriate hiding places.

Review your choices

Please check spelling, age, adventure length, teams, colors, dedication and photo before checkout. You must have permission to use any photo or personal details supplied. Do not upload unlawful material or information you do not have authority to share.

Price and checkout

Prices are shown in USD; the checkout displays the final total and applicable taxes before payment. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record, and purchases are also governed by its Buyer Terms. A checkout marked Test mode is a test transaction and does not indicate that live sales are available.

Delivery and access

After verified payment confirmation, we generate your PDF and make it available on your order page. Generation can take time or require a retry; the payment-success message alone does not mean generation has finished. Download access lasts 30 days after generation. Save your copy during that period and protect it because it contains your personalization.

Order access uses the browser used to start checkout. Keep its cookies and do not share the downloaded personalized file publicly. If delivery fails or you lose access, contact us with the order reference rather than purchasing the same order again. There is no automatic recovery link that grants access from an order number alone.

Personal-use license

You may download and print your purchased PDF for your personal, non-commercial family activities. Do not resell it, publish it for public download or distribute it as your own product. ScamperCub retains the rights to its original designs; you retain your rights to photos or other material you provide.

Digital delivery and refunds

We do not offer change-of-mind refunds for personalized digital files once delivered. If your file is missing, incorrect or unusable, email admin@scampercub.com so we can investigate and help.

This policy does not exclude mandatory consumer rights or override Lemon Squeezy’s Buyer Terms and refund decisions. Lemon Squeezy may issue refunds under its policies. If an order is refunded, its online download access is revoked.

Privacy and contact

Our Privacy page explains personalization, photo processing and retention. Product, delivery or privacy questions can be sent to admin@scampercub.com.
